Family business dedicated to canned food production. They were not using any Computerized Maintenance Management System to centralize all the information and be able to analyse it. In addition, they needed to identify areas of improvement and process optimization. The data collection was made on paperwork and therefore was not trustworthy. Customer Support had to be improved.
