Promotion of youth employment: 33.30% of employees are under 30

Turnover for R + D + I: 35%

Post-graduates in our human team: 74%

We encourage constant dissemination of innovation and best practice:

  • Training hours taught: 4320
  • During 2013 we have trained 3622 people in our PRISMA and CAPTOR software products

We permanently collaborate with Bakuva and Unicef

People Management

We encourage training to develop capacities (Sisteplant Academy): 6050 annual hours of workers’ training.

We conduct performance evaluation and capability mapping on workers: 100%

We support internal training: 1619 hours

We promote external training: 4431 (it includes hours of conferences and seminars attendance)

We decrease staff turnover 5% (it has decreased by 50%)

Good Governance and Transparence

At Sisteplant we work for our internal and external management, operation methods with clients and suppliers, etc. to strictly comply with Good Governance and Transparency laws:

  • Sisteplant’s mission, vision, and values are shared by all work teams
  • The Good Governance strategy was born at the Executive Council
  • Deployment and control are in charge of the Strategic Committee (REDIR)
  • They are informed to all persons working in the different areas of Sisteplant (REGEM)
  • The counseling board does not receive monetary compensation
  • Sisteplant reinvests the company’s benefits in expansion and employment
